COACHES’ CODE OF CONDUCT
Code of Conduct for the St-Bruno Barons
The primary responsibility of coaches is to develop football players according to the Barons' philosophy. Adherence to the organization's code of conduct is essential for the proper development of young athletes, the smooth functioning of the teams, and the organization as a whole.
The coach is there for all the young players in the organization, both those on his team and those on other Barons teams, in line with the Barons' philosophy. The Barons' development philosophy emphasizes player development and learning two positions to maximize playing time for Atom, Mosquito, and Peewee levels.
Coaches have a tremendous impact on the football experience that young Barons will have. They are the primary role models for these youngsters. The values and skills acquired, and the quality of this experience, are the responsibility of every Barons coach.
