
Flag Football Barons (LFMM) – Spring 2026 Season
🏈 Registration: Spring 2026 Flag Football Season!
⚠️ Important: Spots are limited to 10 players per team, with the possibility of forming multiple teams. Registration does not guarantee a final spot, although we will do our best to accommodate everyone. Team formation is contingent upon reaching a minimum number of registrations.
Registration deadline: March 13, 2026
📅 Season Schedule
Practices : May begin as early as the week of March 29, 2026 (indoors at École Montarville, then outdoors in St-Bruno — to be confirmed based on the number of registrations).
Games : Weekends, from April 26 to June 7, 2026 (8 games).
End-of-season tournament : Weekend of June 13–14, 2026.
⏰ Categories, Schedule & Fees : Flat fee: $175 (Mixed registration: boys and girls)
📅 Practice Schedule — Spring 2026 Flag Football
All practices will take place on Tuesdays at the St-Bruno field.
🔵 10U (2016–2017): 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM*
🔵 12U (2014–2015): 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM*
🔵 14U (2012–2013): 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM*
🔵 17U (2009–2011): 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM*
* Practices: Schedule (day and time) will be confirmed based on the number of registrations. Plan for one practice per week.
* Games: Weekend game schedules are to be determined. One game per week.

Player Selection
Initial registration does not guarantee a final spot, although we will make every effort to include all participants. Team formation is subject to reaching a minimum number of registrations.
Consent : By registering my child, I confirm that I have read and accepted:

The use of my child’s image (photos/videos) exclusively for club promotion and recruitment purposes
📋 Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and positive environment, the following rules are strictly enforced:

Absolute respect toward coaches, volunteers, and teammates

Zero tolerance for bullying, vulgar language, or disruptive behavior

Discipline: The organization reserves the right to remove a player from a practice or camp for misconduct

No refunds: No compensation will be granted following an expulsion due to misconduct
💳 Refund Policy
All refund requests must be sent by email to info@baronsfootball.org, including the player’s name, reason, and supporting documents (if applicable).
Refund Policy:

Before March 24: Full refund, minus a $30 administrative fee

Between March 24 and March 28: Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee

As of March 29 (48 hours before the start): No refunds
Medical exception: With a medical note, a credit may be granted (a $50 fee applies).
Transaction fees: Platform fees (Stripe, Mon Club Sportif, etc.) are non-refundable.
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the organization.

Become a Coach: We’ve Got You Covered!
Call to Parents:
For each team to be formed and able to play its games, a volunteer coach is required. If no parent volunteers to coach a team, that team will unfortunately have to be withdrawn from the season. Don’t worry—we provide all the support you need to succeed in this role!
To ensure a successful season, we offer:
